Pricing & Payment · All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. · We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of checkout. · Payment can be made via UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallets or Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. · In case of a pricing error or technical glitch, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. · All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. METER HUB does not store your card or UPI credentials. --- 5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation · Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. · Orders may be cancelled by us in cases of: · Pricing errors · Suspected fraud or misuse · Non-availability of stock · Incorrect address or unverifiable details · Customers may cancel orders free of cost before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. · If we cancel a prepaid order, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 working days. --- 6. Returns, Refunds & Warranty · Returns, refunds and warranty claims are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. · Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective or wrong products (unused, original packaging). · Installed meters cannot be returned for safety and legal metrology reasons. · Manufacturer warranty (1–2 years) applies after the return window. --- 8. Product Usage & Safety · Meters must be installed by a qualified/licensed electrician only. · METER HUB is not responsible for any damage, injury, loss or legal issue arising from: · Improper installation or wiring · Voltage fluctuations, surges or lightning · Water damage or physical mishandling · Tampering with the meter or seals · Use of the meter for purposes other than intended · It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the meter is suitable for their load, phase and application. Our team can assist with selection, but the final choice rests with the customer. · Meter installation and use must comply with local electricity board regulations and legal metrology laws. --- 9.
